Rapid Fire Book Tag

Hello hello, it has been awhile since I’ve posted. I will have a post later this week with an explanation on why it has been so long. Since it has been awhile, I’ve decided to do a fun first post back to blogging and I ran across this newer book tag created by GirlReading on Youtube. I will have a link to the video below so you can check it out and give her a folllow.

– E-Book or Physical Book?
Physical book all the way. I have a kindle, but I rarely use it and when I do it is usually for shorter books. I just prefer to have a personal physical library that I can show off.
– Paperback or Hardback?
Paperback. I find them easier to read, but I do have a lot of hardback, because new releases are usually hardback and I can’t wait for the paperback edition.
– Online or In-Store Book Shopping?
Online. When I go in-store shopping I usually find out the store doesn’t have the book I am looking for, but online always does.
– Trilogies or Series?
Series
– Heroes or Villains?
Truly it depends on the book, but for the most part heroes.
– A book you want everyone to read?
Just Kids by Patti Smith
– Recommend an underrated book?
Wake by Amanda Hocking
– The last book you finished?
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
– The Last Book You Bought?
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
– Weirdest Thing You’ve Used as a Bookmark?
I used a flower petal once….
– Used Books: Yes or No?
Yes! A large number of my books are used books. I’m a huge fan of Half Priced Books.
– Top Three Favourite Genres?
YA, Mystery, New Adult
– Borrow or Buy?
Buy. I don’t remember the last time I borrowed a book.
– Characters or Plot?
Umm…both.
– Long or Short Books?
Medium
– Long or Short Chapters?
Again medium
– Name The First Three Books You Think Of…
Just Kids, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Bossypants
– Books That Makes You Laugh or Cry?
Just Kids, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Bossypants (How fitting how this answer worked for both questions)
– Our World or Fictional Worlds?
I like both. I don’t prefer one over the other. I mean not all stories work in our world and not all stories work in a fictional world.
– Audiobooks: Yes or No?
Heck no!
– Do You Ever Judge a Book by its Cover?
Yes and I usually buy them based on the cover.

– Book to Movie or Book to TV Adaptations?
Depends on the book.

– A Movie or TV-Show You Preferred to its Book?
The Vampire Diaries
– Series or Standalone’s?
Standalone’s. I like getting everything in one book and having a solid ending right then and there instead of waiting years for the solid firm end.

I hope you enjoyed this fun little post! I’m not going to tag anyone specific to do it, but if you want to do this I really encourage you to do it! And as I said, I would include the link to the video, so here it is! GirlReading Rapid Fire Book Tag
